- 3 Phases - let the group know about how the 3 phases of meditation work
- Breath Awareness Meditation - starting with a nice and easy meditation practice to finish out week one
Session Two
- Review Last Session - a quick cover of what you did in the last session
- Group stories - stories of wins and struggles from the group
- Talk through Body Scan (Mindfulness) - a thorough discussion on the body scan meditation

Session Three
- Review Last Session - a quick cover of what you did in the last session
- Group stories - stories of wins and struggles from the group
- Talk through Progressive Relaxation - a thorough discussion on the progressive relaxation meditation
- Progressive Relaxation Meditation Practice
Session Four
- Review Last Session - a quick cover of what you did in the last session
- Group stories - stories of wins and struggles from the group
- Introduce Mantras (Incantations) “also known as Transcendental.”
- Decide on and repeat Mantra

Session Five

- Look at longer-term intentions - discuss with the group where they want to head with meditation
- Open up to individual Mantras

I would certainly recommend The SEVENTH SESSION to integrate a meditative yoga practice with breath work in order to support a personal breakthrough.
