I bring wellbeing into your workplace. Choose from chair yoga, guided wellbeing sessions, Thai Yoga Massage breaks and Mental Health First Aid training. There's nothing for your team to prepare, and every option is designed to fit around the working day, not take it over.

The things you'll want to know first
Here's what I can bring to your team
Gentle movement and breathing, done right at the desk. Nobody changes clothes and nobody gets down on the floor.
We work through the places that tend to carry the working day: neck, shoulders, upper back, hips and wrists. Some movements are seated, some are standing with the chair for support, and every one can be adapted.
Sessions are designed to encourage your team to pause, stretch and settle, then return to their day.
A guided session built around breathing, mindfulness and gentle movement. We can focus on settling a busy mind, easing a tired body, or simply giving your team a proper pause together.
It can be booked as a one-off session or as part of an ongoing series, depending on what suits your workplace.
Each session can be adapted to your team, your space and your week.
A short, restorative pause during a meeting, conference or workplace event. I spend around five minutes with each person, using gentle Thai Yoga Massage techniques around the neck, shoulders and upper back, seated and fully clothed.
Each person chooses whether to take part, and pressure always stays gentle and comfortable. It's a much loved break between meetings, and it sits beautifully within a broader wellbeing day.
My colleague Jen delivers Mental Health First Aid training for workplaces. You'll meet her properly further down this page.
More than one in five Australians experienced a mental health condition in the past year, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. In most workplaces, colleagues are often the first to notice when someone is doing it tough.
The training gives your people practical skills to:
Training is available in face to face and blended formats. It can be delivered in house for workplaces and corporate organisations, with groups of around 6 to 10 participants or more generally working best.
What a session looks like
Together we find a time that suits your team's week.
I arrive around 30 minutes early to set up quietly, so everything is ready before your team arrives.
This depends on the service you choose, from chair yoga at desks to a wellbeing session in a meeting room or Thai Yoga Massage breaks one person at a time. Everyone takes part in a way that feels right.
That depends on your timing and what you would like for your team. A morning session can flow straight back into work, while a late afternoon session can be a gentle way to wind down. Either way, there's nothing for your team to pack away.
Less on your plate than you'd think
Not a workplace? You're welcome too
I also run sessions for community groups, such as sporting and social clubs, volunteer groups, retirement living communities and community centres. Sessions can be held in your hall, clubrooms or meeting space.
The same enquiry starts the conversation, and every session is adapted to the people in the room.

Let's talk about cost
Costs depend on the service you choose. Rather than list prices that may not fit, I ask you to fill in the enquiry form first. It tells me what your team needs, and I come back with the details that apply to you.
A few things shape the details, including the service you choose, the size of your group, how often you'd like sessions and where you're located.
We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

The people walking into your workplace
Chair yoga, wellbeing sessions and Thai Yoga Massage
I bring chair yoga, wellbeing sessions and Thai Yoga Massage to your workplace, shaped around your team, your space and your day.
Every movement can be adapted, so everyone can take part in a way that feels right for them.
I'm a qualified yoga teacher, meditation teacher and fitness instructor.
Mental Health First Aid training
Jen brings Mental Health First Aid training to your workplace as a Registered Mental Health First Aid Facilitator.
Her focus is practical: helping your people feel ready to notice when someone may be struggling, start a supportive conversation and know where to find help.
Training can be delivered in house for workplaces and corporate organisations. Enquiries use the same enquiry form as everything else on this page.
Wondering how to tell your team?
Hi team,
We've booked a chair yoga session with Leisa from Intrinsic Mind Wellness on [day and time]. It runs for [length] at your desk.
There's nothing to bring and no need to change clothes. Join in as much or as little as you like.
Copy it, change it, make it yours.
Still wondering about something?
No. Work clothes are fine for most sessions, and I bring what each session needs. If anything else would help, I'll let you know beforehand.
No. Chair yoga can happen right at desks. For wellbeing sessions, Thai Yoga Massage breaks and training, a meeting room or open space with chairs works well.
That's completely fine. Everyone takes part in their own way, and nobody is singled out.
Movements can be adapted for different bodies and needs. Every movement comes with options, and anyone is welcome to sit out any part of a session. If someone has an injury or health concern, I encourage them to check with their health professional first and let me know on the day.
I work across Adelaide and surrounding areas, and regional South Australian bookings are available by arrangement. Let me know where you are in your enquiry.
It depends on the service. Once you fill in the enquiry form, I come back with details that fit your workplace.
No. Chair yoga, wellbeing sessions and Thai Yoga Massage breaks are gentle, supportive practices, and Mental Health First Aid is training in how to offer initial support. None of it replaces professional mental health care or your Employee Assistance Program, if you have one.
Wellbeing sessions and Mental Health First Aid training are a supportive addition to the work your organisation already does to keep work safe and well designed. They sit alongside how you manage psychosocial hazards, rather than replacing it.
No. Nothing is paid here. You send an enquiry, we talk, and then you receive a proposal.
Yes. Sessions can be booked as a one-off or as part of an ongoing series, depending on what suits your workplace. We'll talk it through once you enquire.
