No need for a studio—Fit Pilates is designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, wherever you are.

What Is Fit Pilates?

Whether you’re in your lounge room, garden, or home gym, these sessions are accessible, effective, and work with minimal equipment. If you are opting for HOT, we suggest you heat your room to approx 29 - 32 degrees.

Class Details:

  • Duration: 45 minutes of full-body exercise with HIIT or LIIT options. In a heated room of your choose
  • Price: $100 per class for up to 10 people.
  • Group Size: For groups larger than 10, an additional $10 per person applies.
